This May 2024, the team of Sick Dog Surf will go on a kitesurfing catamaran cruise in Sicily, Italy! This is an all inclusive kitesurfing cruise – we will sail & kite, choosing the best spots to kite and to relax in between sessions , with our Catamaran as a moving hotel to eat, sleep and chill and enjoy what the island has to offer. The catamaran hosts up to 8 kiters.
This large, fast and luxurious, catamaran offers an
extremely comfortable ride and plenty of space above and below deck. It fits 8 passengers and 2 crew members.
Sicily is one of the best island in Italy, and a kite safari in Sicily is a great choice if you are looking for an active holiday combined with a good weather, great food, beautiful sightseeing and a chilled atmosphere. We will kite plenty during this week, and spend a lot of time at land as well exploring the beauty that the South of Italy has to offer.
DAY 1 – You will arrive in Trapani or Palermo airport and you will be transferred to the boat. You will meet Roberto and Kasia and the rest of the kiters and we will stay in Marina Marsala, having dinner there and ready for departure on Day 2!
DAY 2-6 – Depending on the wind conditions, we will sail direction North to one of the kite spots. We will plan daily our Route and on windy days we will have our daily kite progression camp, with 2 hours group lessons for our kiters, depending on their needs. On no windy days, we will visit Sicily, Favignana and Marettimo and enjoy sailing, food and drinks on deck and at land.
DAY 7 – We will have our last day at sea, heading back to the marina at sunset. Dinner and last drinks in Marsala, we will sleep on board in the marina.
DAY 8 – Time to say goodbye and head back to the airport – see you next time!
