KITE CLINICS WITH SURFBELLA

This week Bella, from Surfbella.co, will join our kite cruise to run an exceptional kite clinic, for intermediate and advanced riders. The goal of her kite clinic is kitesurfing progression on any level: from the proper riding position, through first jumps, stylish grabs, and rotations, to first unhooked tricks- let her get YOU on another level!

She will be leading the small group of a maximum of 6 riders – training will be performed using helmets with radio communication for quick feedback and instructions, coupled with video analysis of each student.

SURFBELLA KITE CLINIC – THE PROGRAM*

SATURDAY: Arrival day on the boat, meeting with Bella and Sick Dog Team. Bella will explain the basic program of the week, based on the wind forecast, and she will sit down with every rider to figure out each goal and desired progression.

SUNDAY: The boat will leave the marina in the early morning, towards the first spot. We will have a warm up kite session where Bella will figure out her students skills and ability. In the evening there will be video analysis to check the level at the begin of the week.

MONDAY: We will be kiting all day in the first kite spot, with a break for lunch. We will aim at 3 sessions per day: before breakfast, after breakfast and after lunch till sunset.

TUESDAY: Before breakfast we will have again a free ride session, and right after breakfast there will be a video analysis of the session before. We will kite again after breakfast and lunch.

WEDNESDAY: The boat will move in the early morning to the second spot, and on arrival we will work on our downwinder skill, in preparation of the downwinder that will happen on thursday. We will continue with the regular advanced training in the afternoon.

THURSDAY: Downwinder day, and on arrival at the end of the downwinder, more kite in the third spot. We will then analyze more the results obtained so far.

FRIDAY: Free Day for kiting. During lunch the boat will take us back in the marina. In the evening we will go out to El Gouna for dinner, if we still have some energy.

SATURDAY: According to your planes and plans, we will go to the airport or to an hotel of your choice: see you next time!

*NOTE: the plan is subject to change due to different wind conditions. We always expect great conditions at sea: in case of poor wind, we will have other activities planned: wingfoiling, stand up paddle board, wakeboarding and snorkeling. The route of the week also depends on the wind, and we may change it accordingly.  

OUR BOAT

New Regency will be the boat we will be using this week.  This luxury motor yacht hosts up to 22 kiters and 2 extra kite guides, with three decks for chilling, partying, storing our luggage, a restaurant and a solarium. All cabins have air-condition, a private toilet with shower, and 2 comfortable beds. Bella and the team of Sick Dog will make sure that this trip will be a succesfull one: we run kite safaris in Egypt since 2015 and we have many kite cruises under our belt.
