LAGOON 46

We provide accommodation on board the yacht in air-conditioned double cabins with private bathrooms. Guests have at their disposal a spacious kitchen and a living room with a panoramic window. On the outdoor deck, comfortable sofas and sun beds are a perfect place to relax.

Our Chef on board will provide 3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and local snacks between meals. Our daily menu is a combination of European and local cuisine, including a lot of seafood: fresh fish (Ceviche, steak tartare), shrimps, lobsters, local snacks, tropical fruits, freshly squeezed juices.

Experience the importance of locally grown spices, seasonal exotic fruits and freshly caught seafood.

Every day (depending on wind conditions) we will park our catamaran at the best kitesurfing spots available only from the boat. Imagine endless lagoons and white sandbanks, steady wind and no one around – just us kiting 😊

WIND CONDITIONS

The best months are from mid-June until mid-September and the end of December until the end of February.
The average wind speed is around 16 knots, usually increasing towards the end of the day in the late afternoon and early evening.

GENERAL INFO

Zanzibar is a small archipelago, consisting of Unguja commonly referred to as Zanzibar Meanwhile Pemba and some 52 smaller surrounding islands and a small island. Zanzibar is located on the East African coast and is cover by the Indian Ocean.
Physically geography of the two islands differs considerably while Pemba is more rough, hilly, higher on the west side and low on the east but Unguja is generally flat with a ridge at the center moving north- south besetting the land into two district parts. The coral rag is found on the eastern and southern parts of the island where western parts have deep fertile soil.

CLIMATE

Zanzibar islands have Warm tropical climates, where temperatures are relatively high and humid conditions almost throughout the year. The islands experience two green seasons, with the longest and heaviest rainfall from March to May and the short rainfall from September to November.

KASIA JAWORSKA

Kasia is a passionate kitesurfer and IKO licensed instructor, she lived in Sicily for a few years and knows well where to go and what to do on and off the boat.

ROBERTO PRIMI

Strapless rider and the original founder of Sick Dog, Roberto loves walking his dog in the desert and repairing kites. You can find him most days in Egypt and in Cape Verde for his winter break.
